("Cannabislocator.com "), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

You MUST BE Eighteen (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO TO ENTER AND REGISTER AS A MEMBER OR USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CANNABISLOCATOR.COM. Membership and use of the service are void where prohibited by applicable law.

By viewing the website, registering for membership or using the Service in any way you represent and warrant that:

(a)     You are over the age of eighteen (18) or older if the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) in the jurisdiction in which you live.    Your profile may be deleted and your membership may be terminated, without notice or warning, if we believe that you are under eighteen (18) years of age;

(c)     All registration information you submit will be truthful and accurate;

6. Proprietary Rights in Content on Cannabislocator.com

Cannabislocator.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the Service. The Website contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Cannabislocator.com and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

You understand and agree that Cannabislocator.com  may review and delete any content, messages, Cannabislocator.com  Messenger messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of Cannabislocator.com  violate this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any Member.

b. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service or any material or information that you transmit to other Members.

c. By posting any Content to the public areas of the Website, you hereby grant to Cannabislocator.com  the non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, publicly perform and display such Content on the Website. This license will terminate at the time you remove such Content from the Website.

d. The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Cannabislocator.com website. Cannabislocator.com  reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators. or x. involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.

e. You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. f. k. You may not sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

8. Copyright Policy.

10. Disputes.

If there is any dispute about or involving the Cannabislocator.com website and/or the Service, by using the Cannabislocator.com website, you agree that any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the area in which we are based (“California”) without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the area in which we are based (“Californis”).

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Cannabislocator.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Cannabislocator.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Cannabislocator.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
